Pusha T, aka King Push, released Darkest Before Dawn this week and it is nothing but dope. The album is ten songs deep with only seven features. Those features are Kanye, Asap Rocky, The Dream, Ab-liva from Re-Up Gang, Beanie Sigel, Kehlani, and Jill Scott. Its hard to pick one stand out song on the album, it honestly flows from beginning to end. The singles for Darkest Before Dawn were M.F.T.R (More Famous Than Rich) and Crosses, Crutches, Caskets. As far crack slangin and addressing the softness in the game, Push destroys and mock everyone. Some of the features feel like they were not needed, the ones I am speaking on are Ab-Liva and Beanie Sigel. As much as I misses Beans, I don’t feel like he added to this project. The topic of Keep Dealing is fire though.

Darkest Before Dawn overall is art meets drug dealing in a dark form with only one source of light and that is Pusha T being the Moon. The rating for the project is 4 tau symbols out of 5. As this is rated I am questioning if this should go up? What you think, leave a comment below, good or bad we don’t care.

Along with the new project he dropped a dark short film directed by Kid Art. View the visual art below.
