According to Urban Dictionary dot com an Industry Plant is “…an artist who has Major/Indie Label backing their movement but presents themselves as a “home grown start up” label to create a pseudo organic following.” This is one version of an industry plant. The most known definition is an artist that is being heavily pushed by a label. Some Industry Plants are a copy of an artist that is already popular most of the time. In the video below we go more into detail and pick the idea apart.

Intro was Lil Uzi Vert by the way. I used his song “444+222” as the opening because he has been one of the most hardest working artist in music.
